For a total of two and a half thousand zloty, we bought intravenous cannulas, cannula patches, infusion fluid transfusion apparatus, which are urgently needed in the event of large blood loss, e. g. from gunshot wounds. We also bought haemorrhagic dressings for bleeding wounds and nitrile gloves necessary for microbiological safety, syringes, needles and other medical aids. The transport went to Saporozhye – this is the region where the hardest fighting takes place and where these medical supplies are most needed. There is a volunteer centre that takes care of getting help as close as possible to the front line.
The subsequent transportation of medical supplies was entirely possible thanks to the money donated by your club. We were able to buy 100 tactical stasis. This is a type of equipment that allows an injured soldier to stop bleeding in the event of a gunshot wound, both in the upper and lower extremity. Every soldier should have such a bracelet to help himself in a critical situation. This stasis only saves lives, and it’s said that most fighters die of bleeding.
Thank you for your help and we hope we have fulfilled your expectations."
Best regards
Robert

Isle Lions member John Smedley presents a cheque for £250 to Project Linus local co-ordinator Helen Nixon

http://www.isle-lions.org.uk/blog/isle-lions-member-john-smedley-presents-a-cheque-for-250-to-project-linus-local-co-ordinator-helen-nixon

http://www.isle-lions.org.uk/blog/isle-lions-member-john-smedley-presents-a-cheque-for-250-to-project-linus-local-co-ordinator-helen-nixon#comments

Uncategorized

Project Linus UK is a 100% volunteer non-profit organisation.
